1st- StarCast:-As we now its YPD2 so star value of the Movie is great.Its good to see Deol Family    together.&two leading girls Neha Sharma, Kristina Akheeva, 

2nd- Action:- Action Scenes in The Movie Are good I mentioned here Sumo Fighting also.

3rd-Locations:-Locations are Also Nice in the movie.
4th-I mentioned here the role of Einstein(Happy Singh).Happy Singh really Entertain The Audiounse
5th-Music:-Music Of the Movie Is good&Enjoyable.

Minus Points:-   

1st-Story:-there is nothing new in the story.story of the movie is very week.Or we Say No story.

2nd-comedy-In some scenes Audions laugh&Many Of the scenes in the movie Are flat. comedy in                        the movie is very week. its big fault in the movie.

3rd-Screenplay:-Screenplay of the movie is very Ordinary,

4th-Direction:-Direction Is Also week. 
5th-Overacting:-Lots Of Overacting in the movie which hearts the people.

Dharmendra:-He is Good In Movie.
Sunny Deol:-Sunny's Performence Is Well In the Movie.He is Superb in Action Scenes.

Verdict:-Overall YPD2 fails to justify its Title.There Is Lots Of Overacting In the Movie Which Torture The peoples.
